Once you enroll in a course, you will get immediate access to the course materials via our online platform. These materials include video tutorials, sheet music, chord charts, and backing tracks. All content is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, so you can practice anytime, anywhere.
Yes! You can download most course materials (like PDFs, sheet music, and chord charts) for offline access. However, video lessons can be streamed only.
With a global audience there’s no easy solution to the time difference challenges, but we do 3 things to mitigate the problem:
Your connection needs to be fast enough to stream video. We can’t increase your internet speed of course, but you can change the stream quality of our videos (by clicking the cog icon in the corner of our videos), which makes them work better on slower connections. It’s not ideal, but it’s a workaround that helps some of our students that live in rural locations.
